Research shows time and time again that the strongest predictor of the effectiveness of counseling is a good relationship between you and your therapist. We consistently find this to be true and will support you in finding the therapist that is the right fit for you.
We invite you to take a look through our providers and feel into who might be a good fit for you. Sometimes it's a connection with a provider's picture, sometimes it's their background and experience, sometimes you might really prefer to work with a male therapist, or sometimes with a female therapist.
