What It’s Like in a Session With Me

When I'm sitting with you I focus on who you are as an entire person. Who are your people?

What niche interest leads you down a rabbit hole you could talk about for hours? What was

particularly hard this week? It might sound like a conversation you could have with anyone, but I

intentionally focus on building a foundation of trust and awareness. With that awareness, I am

able to point out strengths in your story, look at patterns and how they're impacting your life,

figure out exactly where you got that coping skill and more. Through the relationship and

conversation, collaboratively we can find growth and change.

And maybe have a few off-hand conversations about your favorite Mario Kart driver or Zelda

game.

A Note From Me

I think people can have an idea of what therapy is supposed to be and that idea can be a bit

intimidating. I'm here to say therapy can be a lot of things and I'm here to help you decide what

that looks like. If you like worksheets and homework I've got a backlog! If the idea of talking

about your feelings sounds mortifying, we can work on other things! I'm here to create

personalized support for what you or your family need.

What supports me doing what I do is connecting with friends, time in nature, time with MY own

therapist, and games of all sorts. I'm a Washington native and couldn't imagine living anywhere

else. I'm a mom and bonus mom to 4 kids, an avid Star Wars nerd, and haven't found a JRPG I

haven't liked. Ask me about what I'm currently playing and what is on my TBP list!

the night" -
