Is the urge to scream into the void something you encounter regularly? Does collapsing into a pile of blankets sound incredibly more appealing than getting up, yet again, to go to work? Do you want to figure out how to navigate life and make it meaningful in the midst of *gestures wildly at everything*? If so, let’s work together so you can stop feeling like you are just living for the weekends.
Who I Love To Work With
LGBTQIA2S+
Neurodivergent adults navigating a world that wasn't built for them
Individuals who need to learn how to say “no” before their body does it for them
Those who grew up as the weird, artsy, emo/scene kid and still carry that spirit
Disabled individuals who’ve had to become experts in their own care, because the system let them down
Anyone who feels caught in patterns they can’t quite shake
If you answer the question of "do you want to see a picture of my cat" with justifiably too much optimism - I love being a cat mom!

What It’s Like in a Session With Me (Adult Therapy)
Sessions with me are relaxed, collaborative, and real. I don't wear a therapist costume when we
meet. I want our work together to feel like a space where you can exhale, be yourself, and not
worry about saying the "right" thing. You can feel free to be unfiltered and use curse words like
they're an art form if that's how you naturally communicate.
I show up as myself: honest, approachable, blunt when it's helpful and welcomed, and genuinely
invested in what matters to you. I believe the therapeutic relationship works best when it feels
authentic, grounded, and built on mutual respect rather than formality.
Informed consent is paramount. I want you to know what we're doing, why we're doing it, and
how it connects to your goals. You always have a say in the process, and we'll make decisions
together about what feels most helpful.
We'll talk openly, laugh at the things that seem absurd to laugh at, celebrate your wins, and face
the hard stuff together. My hope is that you'll leave sessions feeling seen, supported, and better
equipped to build a life that feels meaningful and aligned with your values.

A Note From Me
It's alright (and honestly expected) to be nervous or hesitant about talking to a complete and
utter stranger. Starting therapy is a big step, and you don't have to come in knowing exactly
what to say or having everything figured out.
We can work at whatever pace you're comfortable with. There's no need to turn yourself into
anything you're not or to share more than you're ready to. I'll meet you where you are, without
judgment or pressure, and I'll be here when you're ready.
Outside of therapy, I’m a proud cat mom, a lover of fantasy and sci-fi, and a queer disabled
woman who always has way too many tabs open on my PC. I love good food, farmers markets,
and the dopamine rush of a solid thrift store find. You’ll rarely catch me without my water bottle,
a cozy blanket, or my Kindle within arm’s reach. Basically, I’m all about comfort, curiosity, and
collecting little joys wherever I can.
Anything worth doing is worth doing poorly. You don't have to be "perfectly" ready, you just have
to be here.

I work with adults and provide evening appointment options to accommodate busy school and work schedules.
