Starting therapy can feel intimidating, overwhelming, or even a little scary.
Taking that first step requires courage, and the fact that you're here already
speaks to the strength and resilience within you. No matter what brings you
to therapy, you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm here to provide support,
encouragement, and guidance every step of the way.
Who I Love To Work With
Children, teens, and adults who are navigating life's challenges and transitions
Individuals exploring their identity, including LGBTQIA+ individuals seeking a supportive, affirming space to better understand themselves and their experiences
Neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, Autism, ASD, and other neurodivergent identities, who are looking for care that recognizes and celebrates their unique strengths
Individuals navigating grief, loss, or significant life transitions who are looking for a compassionate space to honor their experiences, process their emotions, and begin healing
Children, teens, and adults who are exploring their identity and working toward greater self-confidence
Individuals who feel stuck, uncertain about their next steps, or are adjusting to a new chapter in life
Those who are motivated to invest in themselves and create meaningful change
Individuals who want to recognize their strengths, build resilience and confidence, and work toward becoming the best version of themselves
Common Reasons Clients (Children, Teens and Adults) Reach Out for Therapy in Federal Way

Relationship stress with family members, friends, romantic partners, or peers
Difficulty managing emotions, coping with stress, or navigating challenging situations

Feeling stuck, lost, or unsure about the direction they want their life to take
Wanting additional support, guidance, and tools to improve overall mental health and well-being
What It’s Like in a Session With Me (Adults and Couples Therapy)
My goal is to make therapy feel like a space where you can show up exactly
as you are. I strive to create a low-pressure, nonjudgmental environment
where you feel comfortable talking openly about whatever is on your mind.
Sessions are guided at your pace and tailored to your unique needs. I like to
open the floor for clients to process stressors from the week, explore
challenges they may be facing, and unpack thoughts or feelings that have
been weighing on them. While therapy can sometimes involve difficult
conversations, I believe growth happens when clients feel supported,
understood, and safe enough to be themselves.
Together, we will build on your strengths, identify meaningful goals, and work
toward creating positive change in a way that feels manageable and
authentic to you.

A Note From Me
It's okay if you're not completely sure about starting therapy. Many people
spend time wondering if their struggles are "big enough" or if they should be
able to handle things on their own. You deserve support just as you are, and
taking the first step may be the beginning of the positive change you've been
hoping for.
Outside of the therapy room, I am a daughter, a sister, a girlfriend, and a
friend. The relationships in my life have shaped who I am and continually
remind me of the value of connection, support, and showing up for the
people we care about.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me spending time with
loved ones, planning my next travel adventure, enjoying a girls' trip, or curled
up at home taking a nap with my cat. These moments help me recharge, stay
grounded, and bring my best self into the therapy room.
I offer in-person therapy in Federal Way, WA, as well as telehealth therapy available across Washington State. I work with children, teens and adults and provide evening appointment options to accommodate busy school and work schedules. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Premera, Regence, Kaiser (PPO & HMO), Optum, United, and other major insurance plans.
