It takes so much vulnerability, trust, and bravery to sit here in front of a person on a screen and

talk about your deep, dark life stuff.

You're in the driver's seat here, and I'm grateful to be in the passenger seat with you right now.

Just by being here, it sounds like you're choosing to face the uncomfortable and sit with it so

you can find the most beneficial way forward. Go you—that's so freaking hard to do.

This is how you move forward. You're freaking doing it, you amazing human.

We're going to move through this together.

Who I Love To Work With

I enjoy working with individuals, couples and teens who are navigating new life stages, learning

to trust themselves, and building confidence in who they are. If you're committed to

understanding yourself, strengthening your relationships, and exploring what works best for your

growth, we'll be a great fit. I also enjoy supporting people who are ready to take accountability

for their thoughts, feelings, and actions in a compassionate, sustainable way.

Common Reasons Adult Clients Often Reach Out for Support in Federal Way

Anxiety, Depression, & OCD – Support for managing overwhelming thoughts, low mood, intrusive thoughts, emotional regulation, and finding practical ways to navigate daily life.

Relationship Challenges – Whether you're experiencing conflict, struggling with boundaries, or wanting healthier connections, we'll explore patterns and strengthen your relationships with others.

Self-Confidence, Trust, & Body Image – Build confidence, develop self-trust, improve your relationship with your body, and challenge the beliefs that may be holding you back.

Trauma, Grief, & Complex Trauma (C-PTSD) – Process painful experiences, navigate loss, and work toward healing in a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space.

Neurodivergence – Support for neurodivergent individuals, as well as those navigating relationships with neurodivergent partners, family members, or loved ones.

Coping Skills & Addictive Behaviors – Develop healthier coping strategies, better understand unhelpful patterns, and create sustainable tools for managing life's challenges.

Communication Skills – Strengthen your ability to express yourself, set healthy boundaries, navigate conflict, and communicate with confidence and authenticity.

What It’s Like in a Session With Me (Adults, Kids and Teens)

I'll meet you exactly where you're at. Most sessions begin with checking in - taking a moment to

notice how you're doing in that moment, both in your body and your mind, and talking about how

things have been since our last session. Sometimes that brings up wins worth celebrating.

Sometimes it brings up challenges that need space, validation, and exploration. And sometimes

nothing big happened, so we'll revisit your treatment goals and continue working toward what

matters most to you.

Our sessions are rooted in curiosity and collaboration. We can have as much or as little

structure as feels most helpful, and I'll help keep us on track because your time and energy in

therapy are valuable. You're in the driver's seat, but if you're ever unsure where to go next, I'll be

right there to help navigate. I've got you.

There may be tears (a wonderful way our bodies process and regulate). There may be laughter

(another great tool for regulation). There may be goal setting, problem-solving, practicing new

skills, or exploring what's getting in the way. Every session is tailored to you, and together we'll

find the approach that best supports your growth.

A Note From Me

I believe in practicing what I encourage my clients to do, which is why I attend therapy myself

whenever it feels beneficial - whether that's for maintenance, support through life's challenges,

or simply having a space to check in. I also find exercise and movement to be powerful tools for

regulating my nervous system, and I have occupational experience as well. Outside of work,

you'll often find me with a good book or listening to great music.

You are the benevolent dictator of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. That means you don't

have to judge or suppress what comes up - everything deserves validation because it matters.

But you also get to decide what you do with those thoughts and feelings. You have agency. You

get to own your space, choose your response, and move through life in a way that aligns with

who you want to be.

I offer telehealth therapy available across Washington State. I work with teens, adults and couples and provide evening appointment options to accommodate busy school and work schedules. I accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna/Evernorth, Premera, Regence, Kaiser (PPO & HMO), Optum, United, and other major insurance plans.
