Being human can be complicated and overwhelming, no matter how old you are. Sometimes life
feels really heavy. Whether you’re a teen trying to make sense of your thoughts and feelings, or
an adult trying to navigate life, work, relationships, and everything in between. No one should
have to figure it out alone. I'm glad you're here, and I hope our work together feels like a warm,
nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and know that someone is in
your corner.

What It’s Like in a Session With Me (Adults and Couples Therapy)
Sessions with me are a collaborative, relational process grounded in care, curiosity, and

relationships, environments, and systems that have shaped your life and the person you are

A Note From Me
Everyone can benefit from support from time to time. Asking for help does not make us weak,
weird, or broken, it makes us human. Sometimes it's hard to see a way through the tough times
on our own, and having an extra pair of eyes can help us notice possibilities, patterns, or
answers we may not have been able to see alone.
Learn from the past, be optimistic about the future, but strive to be present.
I offer in-person therapy in Federal Way, WA, as well as telehealth therapy available across Washington State. I work with teens, adults and couples and provide evening appointment options to accommodate busy school and work schedules.
