Hello! Is it me you’re looking for?

Finding the right therapeutic relationship can feel overwhelming, and sometimes it’s hard to know exactly what you’re seeking - and that’s ok! Maybe you’re wondering, “What if I don’t vibe with this person?” or “How will I know they can handle the parts of me that feel heavy or difficult?” Those are completely valid questions. It’s hard letting go of the armor and allowing yourself to be vulnerable. Being truly seen takes courage. I’m here for all of it - the parts you share easily, the parts you protect, the mask you’ve learned to wear, and everything underneath. When you feel ready, I encourage you to reach out. We can take the next steps together and figure out the rest along the way.

Who I Love To Work With

I enjoy working with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating big emotions, life transitions, identity development, and challenges in relationships.

Children and teens experiencing worry, anger, loneliness, grief, emotional or behavioral challenges, or who have felt misunderstood or labeled as “difficult,” “dramatic,” “defiant,” “shy,” or “too sensitive.”

Neurodivergent children, teens, and adults (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder), as well as those exploring whether they may be neurodivergent and seeking support, understanding, and practical tools.

Young adults navigating the transition into adulthood, including college, work, relationships, independence, identity, self-doubt, and life direction.

Parents and caregivers seeking support with parenting, co-parenting, neurodivergent or high-needs children, foster/adoptive family dynamics, school challenges, or difficult family transitions.

Adults experiencing stress, burnout, grief, life changes, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck and wanting something different.

Parents of adult children navigating concerns related to substance use, mental health challenges, boundaries, and complex family dynamics.

My goal is to create a space where people feel understood, accepted, and supported while developing the tools and self-awareness needed to create meaningful change.

What It’s Like in a Session With Me (Adults, Kids and Teens)

My approach to therapy is client-centered, relationship-based, and grounded in creating a space

that feels safe, accepting, and comfortable. We can be silly, quiet, creative, or somewhere in

between. You can vent, cry, talk, or simply be heard. There is no right or wrong way to show up

in a session.

Building trust and connection comes first. Before focusing on strategies, skills, or tools, I want

you to feel understood and comfortable being yourself.

With children, therapy may look like playing games, creating art, building with Legos, making

slime, talking about favorite interests, or finding other ways to connect. I believe play and

creativity can be powerful ways to help children express themselves and feel understood.

Whether I work with children or adults, I value your sense of choice and agency. We will explore

what feels meaningful and manageable for you at your own pace. I am flexible and welcome

feedback. If something doesn’t feel right or isn’t helpful, we will find another way.

My goal is to know you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis or a list of challenges. I want to

understand your interests, strengths, personality, humor, and the ways you feel most

comfortable expressing yourself. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will learn what

works best for you together.

A Note From Me

Maybe you feel like you don’t quite fit in, or you find yourself constantly trying to meet others’

needs while losing touch with your own. Perhaps you overthink, people-please, or struggle to

understand who you truly are and what you need. You may be looking for someone who will

listen, accept you fully, and provide a safe space where you can begin offering that same

compassion and acceptance to yourself.

You may be navigating difficult experiences, relationships, or life transitions and are looking for

support in building confidence, trusting yourself, and creating a life that feels more fulfilling.

Maybe you know you want something to change, but you aren’t quite sure what that change

would look or feel like yet.

Are you a parent who feels overwhelmed, exhausted, or worried that you aren’t “doing it right”

when your child is experiencing big emotions or challenging behaviors? Or perhaps your child or

teen is having a difficult time at home, school, or in relationships and needs a non-judgmental

space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.

Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Come as you are. Bring the messy parts, the unsure parts, and the parts still figuring things out.

There is room for all of you here.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me enjoying family time, quiet moments, solo travel,

baseball, dogs, and ice cream. I believe the little things that bring us joy and connection are an important part of a meaningful life.
