If you're feeling stuck, stretched thin, or quietly wondering who you really are, you're not alone, and you don't have to work through it by yourself. I've lived through my own crossroads, and I understand the gap between wanting change and knowing how to get there. Whatever brought you here, it matters. Let's figure it out together.
Who I Love To Work With
Kids, teens, and adults who want to approach their lives, relationships, and struggles with a sense of curiosity and discovery
Neurodivergent folks of all ages looking for real life support with how to thrive in a neurotypical world
Teens and young adults exploring life, transitions, and the process of becoming their own person
LGBTQIA+ individuals exploring gender identity and/or sexuality, relationships, and/or familial or social pressure
Kids, teens, and adults who have or are experiencing major life events, with possible grief or loss, and the struggles that can come with them.
Teens and adults who want to feel more comfortable in their own skin, or who want to get more in touch with “who they are”
People slugging through the mud and really working through the messiness, obstacles, and demands of everyday life.
I provide a safe, sex-positive, and judgment-free space for clients to explore intimacy, sexual wellness, and diverse relationship dynamics.

What It’s Like in a Session With Me (Child, Teen and Adult Therapy)
I am relational and person-centered in my approach, meaning I focus on building a genuine connection and understanding you as a whole person. I believe in meeting you where you are by listening to your perspective, understanding your experiences, and working together to identify meaningful goals.
Sessions are primarily discussion and talk therapy in nature, with psychoeducation and an eclectic blend of techniques tailored to your needs.

A Note From Me
At home, I'm a gamer, love reading, cooking, and being a grandpa; I live in a 3-generation home with 2 kids, 5 adults, and 4 very busy dogs! I am an LGBTQ+ ally, and both identify as a "plus" and have family members who identify as gender diverse. I know what relational conflict, empty nest, and life transitions are like. I have family on the spectrum, and know what parenting a neurodivergent child is like. I have been a parent, and recently a grandparent of 2 adopted boys.
I live and use many of the things I teach. I love working with people and believe in practicing what I encourage others to do. I enjoy games, the outdoors, writing, music, being involved in the Parent Teacher Association, and watching my grandsons grow.
It's ok not to be ok every day, and it’s also okay to aspire to feel better!
