We offer a variety of services in our Federal Way office and through our Online Counseling Platform.
If you are interested in getting support with something you do not see immediately here on our website, please contact us.
We can help determine if one of our providers will be a good fit for what you are looking for. Each provider here at Thrive Counseling Center has either a Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree and carries a license in the State of Washington. Our therapists also have additional advanced training, certifications, and post-doctoral experience.
The therapists here at Thrive utilize methods of therapy that are well researched to be effective. Within these approaches, we will tailor our work to you and your particular needs and goals.
We strive to be transparent about our work with you and to help you understand why we feel a specific approach might be best. We encourage you to ask about and be engaged in the process of counseling. Our therapists will work with you to develop a customized plan to support you in meeting your goals.
Developing a collaborative relationship between you and your therapist is one of the keys to having a successful experience in counseling.
