"This time is your space to discuss, deconstruct, decompress, etc. whatever is on your mind. I am more than happy to jump from topic to topic as needed whether it's between sessions or within. I will do the work of noting these and tabling conversations for another time in case you forget. A session with me generally consists of your traditional talk therapy but it can include body exercises, opening and/or closing with mindfulness practices such as body scans, thought exercises and practices, and even reviewing therapy homework (only if that's what you want). And, if you don't know what to say or talk about, don't worry, I have so many questions floating around in my head and topics to return to that we can discuss. You can expect a less biased perspective on my end and questions that intend to challenge ways of thinking and beliefs about yourself."
