"I draw from an eclectic array of theories and practice, including person-centered, trauma-informed, somatic, relational therapy, and Internal Family Systems. I will meet you where you're at and help you explore how your life and relationships have shaped who you are, and we can work together to find new meaning and sources of strength that can help you move forward in ways that you choose. I provide a safe space, compassionate attention, and listening with curiosity.
I received training in Spiritually Integrated Psychotherapy through ACPE in 2021. I earned my Masters in Counseling at Saybrook University (LIOS) in 2015. I studied painting, drawing, ceramics, and writing at the California College of the Arts, and earned my Bachelors in Liberal Arts at The Evergreen State College. I enjoy cooking, crochet, walks in nature, the ocean, and spending time with friends and family."
