During this assessment, your therapist will use paperwork and verbal questions to understand better where you’re at psychologically and what’s brought you in for counseling in the first place.
There is nothing to be afraid of, this is not a test! There are no right or wrong answers during an evaluation, and there is no expectation for what you will say or how you should answer. The objective is simply to learn more about your personality, what you’re struggling with, and what it is you hope to gain from therapy.

- How you typically process difficult situations and how unhealthy coping mechanisms may contribute to your current roadblocks in life
- Your goals for the future, including what you hope to get out of therapy
